TJ CONDO
A project located in Tijuana, Mexico. It shows an example of interior modern design. Vertical and horizontal elements were incorporated as to emulate a minimalistic approach with light colors, concrete finishes and wood elements as guiding bases that translate to a high -end residential design. The ideas and concepts for this project were developed and constructed.
GRAJEDA ADU
Located in 114 Meadowlark Ave, Chula Vista CA. An ADU (Additional Dwelling Unit) project requested by owner Agustin Grajeda. The owner wanted to maximize his lot building area and add an additional income by incorporating a new independent residence building at the side of the existing residence. A new retaining wall was required to maximize circulation and utilize a space that was not available before
ZIHUATANEJO RESIDENCE
A new house in Zihuatanejo, Mexico. Popular international tourist attraction. Owner requested from AR design team a new residence design including all permits and contractor bids. This project inspired by famous Architect Luis Barragan composes simplistic forms with colorful and intrinsic space elements.
