Cancellation Policy Online consultations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 12 hours will be charged 30% of the consultation fee. On-site visits: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 12 hours will be charged 30% of the visit fee
